1-on-1 Personal Training

Senior Coach $110 per session
Junior Coach $95 per session

45 minute training session includes:
- Warm up & dynamic stretches
- Technique bag work
- Pad work with a trainer
- Sparring/Clinching drills with a trainer
- Conditioning

*24 hour cancellation Policy

2-on-1 Personal Training

$100 per session ($50 per person)

60 minute training session includes:
- Warm up & dynamic stretches
- Technique bag work
- Partner pad work
- Sparring/clinching drills
- Conditioning

Kid Personal Training

$60 per session

30 minute training session:
- Age 5-12 Years
- Develop confidence and discipline in a safe and fun environment
- Improve social outlook & Schooling
- Create an outlet to burn energy and increase focus.
