Group Classes

  • Muay Thai

    Our coaches run authentic Muay Thai training sessions incorporating a combination of bag work, pad work and drills, progressively working up to sparring. You’ll improve your defence techniques while also getting a cardio workout. Given our focus on creating a safe training environment, we’ll also teach you how to be a good training partner, demonstrate correct use of equipment while ensuring correct posture and form to reduce the risk of injury.

  • Boxing

    Boxing

    We offer 45 minute boxing sessions which comprise of a warm up, stretching, partner pad work, boxing combinations, drills and bag work to help improve your punching, footwork and stance.

  • Strength

    This class encompasses all aspects of physical fitness which consists of Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometrics and Endurance using free weights, resistance bands, and your own body.

  • Yoga

    A nourish recovery flow yoga class that is suitable for all levels including beginners. This class will help improve your flexibility and mobility as well as your mental strength. It's a perfect way to warm up before your Muay Thai class or to start/end a day with a good stretching session!

  • Sparring Class

    Sparring class is suitable for those wanting to step up the challenge and fitness to up-skill the level. Whether you want to participate in our Sparring Day event, enter a competition or just want to have fun moving around with sparring partners, this class is for you.
