How to Muay Thai 101

BEGINNERS
This course will teach you the fundamentals of Muay Thai in 8 weeks - punching, kicking, kneeing, blocking, clinching, etc. in a supportive environment.

In week 1 we’ll start with the absolute basics, such as how to stand in the correct stance, proper punching technique, etc. By the time we get to week 8 you’ll feel confident enough to use what you’ve learnt in a friendly (and light) sparring session.

INTERMEDIATES
This course will teach you more complex drills for use during sparring or for those working towards an amateur fight. We’ll focus on advanced techniques, improving your timing and sparring.
