Muay Thai 101

Muay Thai 101 is the perfect class for beginners looking to build confidence and learn the fundamentals of Muay Thai in a supportive and welcoming environment. Each class focuses on one technique at a slower pace, allowing students to properly understand the movement, timing, and correct form without feeling overwhelmed. Designed for complete beginners as well as experienced students wanting to refine and sharpen their technique, this class emphasises strong foundations, balance, footwork, and proper mechanics to help you progress safely and effectively.

Strength

Our Strength class is designed to help women build a stronger, more resilient body. Using functional movements, resistance training and proper technique, you’ll develop full-body strength to support your Muay Thai training and everyday life. Expect a mix of weights, bodyweight and core work in a supportive, all-levels environment.

Boxing

Our women’s Boxing class focuses on technique, power and confidence. Learn footwork, defence and striking through pad work, combinations and conditioning drills. Suitable for all levels, it builds strength, endurance and self-belief in a supportive, women-only environment.

Muay Thai All Levels

Our Muay Thai All Levels class is designed for everyone. These sessions combine technique, pad work, partner drills, fitness, and conditioning in a fun and supportive environment where students can learn and progress at their own pace. Whether you are looking to improve fitness, build confidence, learn self defence, or sharpen your Muay Thai skills, our coaches will provide modifications and guidance suitable for your experience level. This class is perfect for anyone wanting a balanced training experience while continuing to develop strong fundamentals and technique.

Mobility / Stretch

This class helps you move better, feel looser and recover faster. Through guided stretching and mobility work, you’ll release tight muscles, improve flexibility and support healthy joints. Suitable for all levels—perfect if you train hard or sit often.

MT HIIT

Muay Thai HIIT is a high-energy class designed to burn fat, build fitness and sharpen your technique. You’ll work through pads, bag drills and bodyweight exercises in short, intense bursts. Suitable for all levels, it’s the perfect way to boost cardio, improve endurance and grow stronger.
